2010. We attended a class to learn how to do balloon arrangements. Since my sister and myself are addicted to hosting parties for our sons (see my Parties Page), we wanted to save just a little bit so we said we will do our own balloon decorations and other DIY Party efforts . We were even hoping to make a business out of it. We didn’t. It’s soooh hard. We ended up late for our son’s parties. π I’ve graduated since, but she’s still actively doing it. And she’s telling me it’s mighty easy now. Then 2020 happens, it’s officially a DIY Stay at Home Movement!!! I’m still trying to keep up. π ππΌββοΈπ€¦ββοΈ

I’m so glad that we can do Korean BBQ Feast (c/o my chinggu, just look at the intricacy of the set-up ππ») | Because I’m doing Keto Diet , sort of, I’m so happy there’s Cauliflower…from pizza crust to fried rice. Pizza is Milton’s Cauliflower Crust Pizza from Costco, it’s vegetarian, I just added meat and cheese and more leftover Chinese Sausage. It’s very very good. You will not know it’s cauliflower. | Every so often, I make rice bowls, DIY Bibimbap etc.

So yes, stay at home and join the DIY movement…curls, hair cut, hair color (check out my IG @chicsassymom) , even stock market (meet Robinhood), language classes, and what have you. I would do it, but I know my capabilities so I don’t make my own bread, but I know a lot of people do now. I cannot do my own nails (so I braved going to a nail salon). It’s hard to keep up. Gosh. It’s okay, I’m trying my very best. What are you working on?
