Everyday DIY Keto Coffee ☕️ | #DietForever

For those of you who’ve been following me for years (thank you, dear! ❤️), a good mix of my posts will be dedicated to my weight loss struggle journey. Believe me when I tell you I’ve tried it all…the good, the bad and what have you (search 1200 Calorie Diet, diet coffee, etc.).  So far, I can say, I’m finally victorious! I’ll tell you more about it in details, since there’s more to it than Keto. Also, yay, my gooodness, after years, exercise found its way in my vocabulary. But relax, let’s save that for later, since we’re sheltering in place. 😉

But first, coffee! ☕️

Note that I am not on full keto diet. I cannot, because I cheat on weekends. What will happen to all those fats when I do. So for the past months, I’ve been on low calorie, low carb diet. No, I’m not on intermittent fasting, just because I need my Keto Coffee in the morning so I can function well at work. But I do try to fast on weekends, when I can just be lazy and not think. Here’s an IG post I made requested by my chinggu (friends), just because I’ve been doing a lot of OOTD posts, no filter, no edit!
