Note that I am not on full keto diet. I cannot, because I cheat on weekends. What will happen to all those fats when I do. So for the past months, I’ve been on low calorie, low carb diet. No, I’m not on intermittent fasting, just because I need my Keto Coffee in the morning so I can function well at work. But I do try to fast on weekends, when I can just be lazy and not think.
