Note that I am not on full keto diet. I cannot, because I cheat on weekends. What will happen to all those fats when I do. So for the past months, I’ve been on low calorie, low carb diet. No, I’m not on intermittent fasting, just because I need my Keto Coffee in the morning so I can function well at work. But I do try to fast on weekends, when I can just be lazy and not think. Here’s an IG post I made requested by my chinggu (friends), just because I’ve been doing a lot of OOTD posts, no filter, no edit! Hah. Good morning! ☕️ As requested by my cinggu @krisces and @atty_chingky , here’s how I do my #KetoCoffee (sorry, this is best effort on doing a video, hope to be better, practice makes perfect 👌🏻😅). I have been on and off Keto diet since two years ago, I have a blog post (on my bio) , the coffee (about 350 calories) keeps my calories controlled (I just do low carbs now), as it can last me to dinner with a healthy snack in between or 3ish for my one meal for the day. No head aches. Plus, my blood works came out pretty good. And yes, it keeps my weight controlled too so I can do those #OOTD posts with no edit and no filter. ✌🏼😉😅
