#KDramaInspired | Noreabang in San Francisco 🎤

Omo! If only I can sing, I’ll be a happy fangirl to discover a noreabang in San Francisco. Not entirely close to Fremont, but drivable. First off, it’s your authentic Korean sing room a la karaoke or videoke, which is owned and operated by true Korean ahjumma and ahjussi, with lights, tambourine and Korean menu to boot. Daebak! 😅

Annyeong, ahjumma! The place is so reminiscent of Korean Dramas. Noraebang. Sing rooms. You can bring food, which is nice. But you cannot bring drinks. Sounds good.

No Soju. Maekju is it. Oh, spot the tambourine.

So I’m back to the rat race corporate world again. Werk, werk, werk. I’m feeling a little old, oh well, I’m literally older working with mostly millennials. And my, they do love to sing. So this is like our welcoming party for the new hires, like how they do it in KDramas 😉, except my goodness, they can sing. One colleague has a music record, one is an opera singer, and others, well, they’re professionals. They can navigate the complicated Korean machine and they know their songs by heart. 😅 I thought I could sing yearssss ago, I’m wrong. I like to do it for fun, but that night was not it. I need to practice. Hah. Aja! Aja! Fighting! ✌🏻
