#KetoDietForever | Shirataki Rice 🍚 #KetoBibimbap #MiracleRice

Annyeong! πŸ€—My consolation for going with Keto is I can eat Korean BBQ to my heart’s content…the fattier, the better, melts in your mouth *slurp! Chadol baegi forever! πŸ˜‹I just have to avoid japchae and bibimbap. But at home, not anymore, thank you drama gods, with shirataki, I can eat Korean drama-inspired food! Yass! πŸ‘ŠπŸΌ

Shirataki Rice 🍚 by Miracle Rice for $16.81+ , I got 6 bags of assorted Miracle Noodle and Rice (2 packs each of Angel Hair, Fettuccini, and Rice 🍚). Also, available on the official website of Miracle Rice.
Truly, it’s a miracle. It’s from Japanese Konjac plant so it’s super low calorie and low carb. But, it’s filling at the onset, and it taste like rice, except crunchier. Al dente. Hah. Super easy to cook, drain, wash with cold water, there’s a slight fishy scent, but it will go away after boiling for 2 minutes, drain again. Pan dry, and dinner is served!!!Β

Let’s eat! Meogja!

Finally, I can eat bibimbap (Korean rice topping with beef, vegetables (I use kimchi), sesame oil, bean paste, fried egg if you like) whenever I’m craving. Because the kimchi and the shitaki mushrooms are crunchy, the rice fits just right.Β

One pack is good enough for two meals. I saved the rest for a hearty Filipino meal, Corned beef and Egg. Sarap! 🍳

Brunch + Bulletproof coffeeΒ

Daebak! Seriously, can they just make shirataki chips too, please?! Four things that make me cheat and give up on keto is noodle (If you’re just dropping by for shirataki rice, please don’t forget to check out my post aboutΒ shirataki noodle, because, yes, oh happy day, you can also eat japchae even on keto! πŸ‘ŒπŸ»), rice, chocolate and potato chips. I have keto noodle and rice now. I also have a keto chocolate cupcake. I only need a keto potato chips (it can’t be pork rinds all the time πŸ˜‰). I’m hopeful. Let’s do this! Aja! Aja! Fighting! ✌🏻
