It’s been a while, same old story…busy, feeling dramatic, and what have you. I don’t really know where to start, but I have so many photos
selfies waiting to be talked about. I’ll begin with an easy post, here goes…I finally found the ultimate fix for my hair fall. It’s a big deal. Hah. If you’re just dropping by, you ought to know that most featured items are birthday parties, Korean Drama fangirling, skincare and haircare. I talked about them all the time, like how shrimp is to Bubba. ☺️Sometime ago, to my panic, I splurged on assortments of haircare products to fix my crazy hairfall episode. Managing expectations, I know it will take some time. But it’s taking so much time, that I was desperate, until I discovered essential oils. I am officially addicted and a believer. 🙋🏻♀️ #Oilbularyo

You can go for a more detailed approach by mixing 5ml of fractionated coconut oil to rosemary, start with a 5 ml of oil to a drop or two of rosemary. Massage. Leave as long as you can, I usually do 2 minutes minimum. But I’m too lazy to do the mixing, and I don’t have that much stuff yet for blending and concocting all those beautiful and amazing DIY beauty care solutions with essential oils. What I do is just get a palm-sized dollop of conditioner (take note, before I used the specially formulated conditioners for hair fall, now I just use whatever), add three drops of rosemary to it. Massage the scalp to make sure it’s evenly distributed. When I started, sometime February, I did it almost everyday, or every other day, now maybe thrice a week. Hair fall significantly reduced after two weeks. Hair strands are stronger, same feel and effect like when I was using all sorts of dedicated hair fall/growth products like Novuhair. But then hair is softer and fuller.
|Hello, baby hairs! 😉|
My baby hairs are wild. They’re super noticeable. My aunts are amused. I gifted them a set of Essential Oils too. Rosemary is love. It boasts of an array of health benefits, not just for hair care, but for skincare, oral care, respiratory, aromatherapy and so much more. I love the smell of rosemary. It’s so spa-ish. Because I don’t go to spa anymore (huhu, it’s so expensive here in California, I’m missing my me-time in Manila), essential oils are my lifeline. I need them. I breathe and apply essential oils (with carrier oils) like there’s no tomorrow. I haven’t included them on my diet, but who knows. 😉I’m using Edens Garden essential oil for my hair, the other brands I used for diffusing and room spray. For a stronger and lasting scent, I like Radha Beauty, which I get from Amazon. Plant Therapy (also from Amazon) is my newest brand to try. I will let you know. I will save a more detailed post on essential oils. Meantime, grab yourself a bottle of essential oil, a 10 ml bottle for hair care goes a long way. It sells for less than $10, truly way cheaper than getting special hair treatments and specialized hair fall and hair growth brands. Regardless of the cause of my crazy hair fall episode, hormonal, poor diet, stress and what have you, de-stressing with essential oils work wonders. It’s all in the mind, so they say… Aja! Aja! Fighting! Cheers! ✌🏻
