It’s the long weekend, yay! Happy dance. Hope you had a great one. Ours is Seoul-ful. It started with a Friday dinner night with my son in Seoul Korean Restaurant. Sunday was a Korean Buffet in Angeles City. Tonight is another Seoul Korean Restaurant dinner with friends. A blog post is in order.

First off, Seoul Korean Restaurant is used to be Happy 6 Days.  Under the new management of the Korean Auntie, who also owns the Korean Grocery, it’s now called Seoul Korean Restaurant Ortigas.

I’m a big fan of their jjigaes and their deliveries even from the Happy 6 Days time. The pleasant improvement now is they have more side dishes. It’s comparable to Jang Ga Nae’s.

I’m in love with their Haemul Sundubu Jjigae/Seafood Soft Tofu Stew.

Their Omurice is a must try. I get my Seoul-ful nourishment here. Cheers! ^_^
