As a mom who’s back to full time corporate employment, it’s my everyday struggle to perfect a balancing act between career and family life. Recommended serving is two glasses a day. So a glass of milk in the morning,  or I take it together with my cereal. I usually feel full after drinking a glass of milk. And since I try to lose weight (for the nth time!), a glass of milk before bedtime, after my meal, which I try to take before 6pm (No Eating after 6 Rule *LoL), leaves me feeling full. Four (4) tablespoons of milk powder to a 200ml of water seems too much, but it makes the milk creamy, still without any aftertaste. I recommend stirring well or using a shaker if you want to dissolve the milk powder completely. I like to drink milk with cold water.
