Zero Feedburner Subscribers + more Google Spring Cleaning Out updates

I have to admit that I’m guilty of checking my site stats, and I’m about to fret over the zero readers/subscribers on my Feedburner. I know for some, they’re just numbers, but for me, it’s a way of challenging myself to constantly improve them. I went around checking some of the sites. And, it’s the same…0. I hope this get resolved soon. I’m hoping that it’s some kind of glitch, and it would correct by itself. I’m not too keen on changing codes etc. Is it the same for yours? Please do let me know.

There you go…0! ๐Ÿ˜ฆ I just recently added the Google + Badge, and created a Google ย Page. I’m not yet well-versed with the whole metrics and gadget. But I do hope you’ll drop by.ย
Most sites I’ve checked show 0 too.
Google also noted several upcoming changes, although I’m not too familiar with most of them, it must be that I’m not using them. But one significant change is the disconnection of the Google Friend Connect (GFC) gadget for non-Blogger sites effective March 1, 2012. Since I’m a Blogger site, mine are safe for the mean time. It must be that they’re moving forward to pushing the Google+ platform. I just started with using the badge. I know that for some, numbers will just flow naturally, but for the mean time, I have some rounding and catching up to maximize the gadget. Oh well.ย ย Although, I know that there are new Follower gadgets per se in place, but I feel for those bloggers who are just starting out, and they happened to be non-Blogger sites. I know that GFC followers are hard earned, at least on my experienceWhat do you think about the GFC disconnection? Any tips on Google +?ย

  1. It's definitely a Feedburner problem and not just you. ๐Ÿ™‚ As a new blogger (WordPress – Self hosted) I had started using GFC but deactivated it. I didn't want to earn lots of followers that way only to have them go POOF in March. I hope I can find a similar tool. Great blog, BTW!
