Super Affordable Luxe Time at The Nail Loft

After a luxe night in Microtel SM Mall of Asia, I brought hubby to work in Powerplant the next day, then went back to the hotel for some more R&R. ย I had to pick him up after work in Libis. Before then, I was hoping to go Rustan’s Makati, but I was lazy to do my own parking, with no valet parking available, I would have to plan another trip. By the time I reached Ortigas Center, it was already 3pm. So I decided to head over to Shopwise Libis until it’s time to meet up with hubby. On my way to the restroom, I saw this…

Tada!…for P150, I get some 45 minutes of pampering. ๐Ÿ˜€ ย
I usually kill time by window shopping, again I’m not much of a parker so I go for valet parking. Between that, and staying in a coffee shop, surely, I would spend more than Php 150, so my eyes twinkled upon seeing the opportunity of some pampering. Remember, I don’t frequent nail salons, because the Php 250 up rate turns me out (stingy!;-D), but it seems that I’m willing to reconsider if the prize is right.ย
Nail Colors selection includes OPI, Orly, Essie, China Glaze. I picked out a color from ย China Glaze’s.
Awww…who would have though that amidst the hustle and bustle outside of the food court area is some luxe ย getaway. ๐Ÿ˜€
Hand Soak…Check! ๐Ÿ˜€
Hand Scrub and Moisturized…Done! ๐Ÿ˜€

After the cleaning, I received a hand massage. I love. Next was supposed to be the heated electric mittens, but it seemed that theirs was not working, so they told me that much to their regret, they will skip it. Oh well, it’s not something that I tried yet, so I guess I wouldn’t know what I’m missing. So I didn’t mind. There’s always a next time.ย

About The Nail Loft

Voila! I just found a new hangout when I’m in Manila. The Nail Loft have five branches, Shopwise Libis, Shopwise Commonwealth, San Juan, Scout Gandia, and Proj. 6. The only area accessible to me is still Shopwise Libis. ;-D They have other packages, but I’m so loving the Php150 luxe manicure service. So, I’ll surely be visiting again, and maybe, will give their pedicure a try too for Php 175. So yes, it’s still within my threshold. And I appreciate the cozy ambiance, it’s of warm lighting. I know there’s about 100 peso difference from a getting our home service from our friendly neighborhood manicurist, but that amount seemed priceless now with the added spa-ish treatment here. Oh well, it’s something I can indulge every now and then.:-D Most importantly, I love my nail colors. I’ll rave about them in another post with better photo documentation just to really show off their vibrance.

And then it was time to hit the road again for a trip back to Pampanga. Allow me to commend my Metro Manila friends for your superpowers ;-D, because after leaving Microtel Mall of Asia yesterday, I was out and about in traversing the traffic of Makati, Ortigas, and Libis. (Oh, reminiscing my Manila life, that’s how it used to be…*sigh*) Going from one place to another consumed the rest of my stay in Manila. Traffic everywhere! I was beat when we arrived home.
