It’s such a joy to wear, and a very versatile lip shade too. San Paulo is a shade that I can wear everyday! 😀

Wouldn’t it be nice to base a trip from those NYX Soft Matte Lip Creams shade? I wish! Then I’ll be surely off to more shopping. Here’s probably how my itinerary would look like. First off, San Paulo, Brazil. Then of to Milan, Italy. Then off to Antwerp in Belgium. Depending on my mood, I’ll draw lots among Monte Carlo in Monaco, Amsterdam in Netherlands, or Addis Ababa in Ethiopia. The first three shades are the go between colors for everyday/any event wear. While the latter, are the brightest and most pronounced shades of red and pink.

My Do’s and Don’ts:

  • I use Tony Moly Kiss Kiss lip scrub every now and then, and use a reliable petrolatum-free EOS lip balm for a moisturized, not waxy effect,  before applying the lip creams. 
  • Remember, don’t use a gloss or lip balm after them, otherwise the whole matte and the lasting effect will be compromised. 
  • If I think my lips are at their best behavior (no chapping, drying, flaking), wearing the soft matte lip creams by themselves is the best way to go to truly realize the functionality of the products.
