Happy Feet ;-D

Yesterday, we had a date with Harry. As always, I was emotional. Haha. ;-D I remember reading my Book 1 of it when I was still in college. ;-D  Chase didn’t come with us, because he needed to recuperate from the flu bug. So when we arrived home, I wanted to do something extra nice with him because he missed his weekly malling. He always picture a date day with mom by going to the spa. Yes, I’m raising a metrosexual son. ✌ So I let him join me in our do it ourselves foot spa.

For our warm foot bath, we added a capful of Sally Hansen Mineral Foot Soak. ;-D

The smell is so relaxing and refreshing. It left our room smelling like a spa. After soaking them for about 15 minutes, our feet felt softer.  ;-D

Avon Foot Works

Then after rinsing and pat drying our feet, I gave him his much coveted foot massage. I used Aveeno Baby Calming Lotion in Lavender & Vanilla Scent for him. While for me, I used the Avon Footworks, although I usually use this before going to bed because the consistency of the lotion is really thick. It smells minty so it has also a calming effect. And yes, it leaves feet soft and hydrated.

Burt’s Bees Lemon Butter Cuticle Creme

To finished off in our simple indulgence, I  applied the Burt’s Bees Lemon Butter Cuticle Creme. The creme is for conditioning and nourishing cuticles and nails for supposedly perfect fingers and toes.;-D I had this for quite sometime, I love the refreshing & clean scent, and surprisingly, even with the thick consistency, in seconds, it will be absorbed. It leaves a non-greasy feel, but instantly soften the cuticles, and add shines to your nails. My only problem with this is that it’s so very difficult to open. We had to forcefully open it yesterday by using a knife. My husband often lacks the patience to constantly open it for me. Since my nails tends to chip and to blister easily, I have to make full use of the promise of this product,  so I’m just leaving it open for now, stashed in one corner for easy access.

Indeed, the simple activity left us both with Happy Feet! ;-D
