My Dinner: Chicharon, Suka, Kamatis, and Bagoong! ;-D |
Our helper is taking an extended 3-days off, so it means, when the cat is away, the mouse will play. haha! 😉 I’m kidding, I’m not that helpless. I’m trying to eat before 6pm, since my mom already offered to make my son’s dinner (as always), I had to find something quick to eat. The quick fix… Certified Filipino Dinner!

Although Chicharon ni Mang Juan is a veggie based Pork Crackling, it’s still packed with calories. I love the brown variant because of its spicy vinegar flavor. I had to dip it though with more vinegar, bagoong (Sauteed Shrimp Paste, which is a grocer’s staple), and then sliced tomatoes.
