Curves Serendra introduces Curves Circuit with Zumba Fitness. 😀 |
This is actually a sticky post since I have yet to try it out myself (as soon as I find a work around schedule to plan my Manila trips). I promise to personalize my photos asap! ✌ But while doing my research on the fitness routine, you know just to make sure that I will happily commit to it, I fell in love with everything about it! It’s a love at first sight! Curves is actually the largest fitness franchise in the world that is created specifically for women and it finds its home at Serendra, Bonifacio High Street.

Here’s actually what got my interest piqued… burn up to 500 calories in just 30 minutes (nice! ;-D) with Curves, because of its complete cardio and strength training workout. And there’s more, Curves launched Curves Circuit with Zumba Fitness.
“Curves Circuit with Zumba Fitness is the only workout that combines strength training and high-energy cardio for a complete 30-minute muscle-toning, fat blasting, party-in-the-circuit workout!”
It’s so for me! So here’s a look at the fun, fast, and safe way to get your groove back, that got me super excited to hit the gym (one will never hear me say that in a million years well until today, and my hubby betters gear up to fund my retail therapy with his lose xxx pounds challenge to me, and you’ll win xxx amount from me! hahaha! ✌)
And even more greater news…Get those Curves for a Cause! ❤ Curves Bonifacio Global City is doing its share of Corporate Social Responsibility by inviting members and non-members to join their 13th Annual Food Drive for the month of June, with the following beneficiaries…
- Golden Acres Home for the Aged
- Amazing Grace Mission Church Weekend Feeding Program
- St. Rita Orphanage
- Tahanan ng Pagmamahal Children’s Home
Here’s another fun look how Curves work…
