I’ve been to several Korean Restaurants here and there, what’s truly lovable to Minato are the Side Dishes! Every meal turns into a feast with them!
Kudos to our Korean homemakers! …whew! I tried D.I.Y. (do it yourself) Korean meal, preparations of side dishes is really an effort! Every Korean meal is really stamped with tender loving care with all the energy of putting up as many side dishes in the table with every meal! Minato sure feels like home to me! ❤
My favorite side dish is their Kimchi Pancake…healthy & best of all, it’s complimentary! 🙂
I have 2 favorite Korean Main Dishes, and they’re actually must have…anything other than those are just add-ons and for cultural enrichment (haha 🙂
- Samgyeopsal (Grilled Pork Belly Strip…best dipped in sesame oil, salt, pepper, doenjang, grilled garlic and wrap in Lettuce!)
- Galbijjim (Braised Beef Short Ribs) – my son’s favorite 🙂 because of it’s sweet sauce and soft meat, the egg topping is a healthy add-on!
